About the meeting

ADI (Dermatological Ionic Association) and ADMG (Association of Dermatologists of Magna-Greece) affiliates ILDS (International League of Dermatological Societies) are two highly appreciated and very operative Dermatological Associations in Italy that each year produce conferences of great interest and great success. The popularity of the annual ADI and ADMG conference increases year by year and data shows an increasing number of participants up to many and many hundreds of delegates.

These Associations will achieve in the 2020 a joint congress with the title “G 20 ADI-ADMG Dermatology International Congress”; so we believe that success will be doubled.

The Congress will be of international reach. Featuring a range of leading international speakers, a high standard of diverse scientific content and exhibition, this conference is a great opportunity to learn about and showcase the latest advances in the care, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dermatological diseases.

The most current and important themes of Dermatology will be discussed, the European Guidelines on discipline will be discussed, Italian Dermatology will be compared with that of the rest of the world, opening the discussion in an atmosphere of interactivity.

Other moments of confrontation, more direct and informal, will be arranged and facilitated on convivial occasions (lunch, coffee break, welcome dinner and social dinner) and at the exhibition area between dermatologists of different origin, between young and old dermatologists, dermatologists and other specialists, including doctors of every category, and staff of sponsoring companies.

Who are the audience?

A multidisciplinary audience will be attending the “G18 ADI-ADMG Dermatology International Congress”, however the ADI and ADMG members typically form a large percentage of the public; the conference is an annual opportunity to connect with each other and with other specialists in the field. Many members also have great experience in the field and are key decision makers where they work. In addition, Italian and foreign Dermatologists at the highest level will be present.

How to register

To register at the event you will need to fill in truthfully and diligently the “registration form” on line or in paper form and send it to the organizational secretariat during the pre-registration period (from January 15, 2020 until April 20, 2021). The form must be combined with the attestation of the payment of the registration fee.

The sponsoring company staff must be provided with a badge with the sponsor's indication of access to the exhibition area; the organization will release 2 badges for each exhibiting company; the cost of an additional badge is € 100.00 per day excluding taxes.

Fees include:

  • Delegate Registration Fee includes: delegate badge, symposium material, admission to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition area, certificate of attendance, possibility to collect ecm credits on participation in scientific sessions, access to the coffee station, welcome buffet and welcome dinner on November 11th and lunch and social dinner on November 12th.
  • Delegate Registration Fee with Bedding includes in addition bed and breakfast accommodation in DUS room at the Astoria Palace Hotel.
  • Accompanying Fee includes: admission to the social events, access to the coffee station, welcome buffet and welcome dinner on November 11th and lunch and social dinner on November 12th. The fee does not include the difference for double room, which must be paid directly to the hotel.
  • Company rate (full package) includes accommodation and breakfast for 2 nights, access to the exhibition area, welcome buffet and welcome dinner on November 11th and lunch and social dinner on November 12th, access to the coffee station
  • On-site registrations will be possible according to availability; charges are for late registration, but hotel accommodation will not be available
  • Daily quotas including participation in one-day scientific work with light lunch are only available on-site; the daily fee is only allowed for one day, without the possibility to collect ecm credits.

  • Only individual registrations are possible online.
  • On-site registrations will be possible according to availability; charges are for late registration, but hotel accommodation will not be available.

Third-party registrations

  • Third party registrations are the best option for any person or company in charge of a multiple registration from 1 to 9 participants
  • Any person or company in charge of a third party registration needs to complete and submit a form for each participant
  • This way, the person in charge of the registration will be the registration owner: all documents related to the registration (invoice, voucher, invitation letter, etc.) will be sent to the registration owner only. L’Orsa Maggiore will not contact your delegates separately.
  • Only the registration owner might request any change or amendment
  • In order to register your delegates, please remember: For any participant you need to register, enter the personal (working or private) email address of the participant. This is a mandatory requirement. The email address will be used after the congress to download any Certificate your delegate might need.
  • All requests should be sent to info@lorsamaggiore.it no later than Friday, October 31, 2021. After this date, special requests will not be considered and new registrations have to be processed individually.

Group Registration

Group Registration is possible ONLY for groups with more than 10 participants

By processing a Group Registration, the group administrator will benefit from:

  • The possibility to get a complimentary registration fee for every 10 participants
  • The possibility to process name changes individually and free of charges
  • The possibility to ask the system to send the singular vouchers directly to the attendees
  • The possibility to apply for Invitation Letters for each participant
  • The possibility to apply for a badge Group Pick-up. This will be held on the day before the beginning of the event.

The personal (working or private) email address of every participant is a mandatory requirement in order to register every delegate. L’Orsa Maggiore will not contact them directly.

The personal (working or private) email address is mandatory to allow your participants download their Certificate of Attendance, CME Certificates individually after the Congress. If invalid/fake email address have been inserted, they will not be able to apply for those certificates.

Registration Terms and Conditions


  • The Registration to the Meeting imples acceptance of the “Registration Terms & Conditions”. Please read them carefully before accepting them and starting your registration.
  • By using the online registration system to register for a Meeting, the Applicant acknowledges and accepts these Terms.
  • By using the paper registration system to register for a Meeting, a declaration of acceptance will be required.


  • The Registration Form must be filled in truthfully and diligently and carry legally binding signatures of the Applicant.
  • The Applicant is in general asked to present a copy of an official identity card, passport or another acceptable identification document.


  • The registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the relevant fee. All payments must be received by L’Orsa Maggiore SRL within the published deadline. If the deadline is not respected, the amount will automatically increase to the next registration fee. After the payment will be issued invoice.
  • All registration fees or special tickets mentioned in this document and in other meeting documents are expressed in EURO and do not include VAT of 22%.


  • The Applicant is the sole debtor of all payments. In case of sponsored registration, the applicant will be the sponsoring company.
  • All amounts must be received on the basis of published deadlines.
  • Payments by bank transfer are only permitted until November 6 2021

Cancellation and refunds

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to info@lorsamaggiore.it according to the following policy:

In case of cancellation of participation before May 31 2021, registration fees will be refunded deducting an administrative fee of EUR 50 per person. However, registrations paid via bank transfer will be deducted additional EUR 20 (handling fee). Independently of the method used to pay the registration (credit card or bank transfer), every refund will be processed via bank transfer.

In case of cancellation of participation after May 31 2021, but before July 31 2021, registration fees will be refunded at 50%. However, registrations paid via bank transfer will be deducted additional EUR 20 (handling fee). Independently of the method used to pay the registration (credit card or bank transfer), every refund will be processed via bank transfer.

After July 31 2021, there will be no refund whatsoever.

All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the event. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Special requests

All special requests regarding registrations fees should be sent to info@lorsamaggiore.it no later than 1 month prior to the event.

These general conditions are part of the “Registration Terms and Conditions” published on this website, which are to be considered as the legal basis for all registrations.

Data – Authorisation to Use

The data made available through the registration system are gathered and treated by L’Orsa Maggiore in compliance with the Italian regulation on data protection, in particular in compliance with the Italian Law N. 196 of June 30, 2003 on Data Protection. All data are treated by the EADV only for organisational purposes, in particular for the registration to Meetings as well as for the monitoring of credits for the Continuing Medical Education of the participants.
